Service Description

Every traditional rhythmn has traditional dance steps that are learned as a choreography accompanied by live African drumming. Each series of steps involves the whole body and is great for building fitness and stamina. Varying levels are also offered for those who prefer something a bit more relaxed or wish to start slowly.
